Najarra was already aware of her life's purpose at the young age of 3. She began to model and perform in stage productions at her home. Throughout her childhood as well as her teenage years, Najarra was a major participant in stage and musical productions. In her twenties, she made her big screen debut co-starring in the film "Menace". Najarra received international recognition by her performance in "Me and You and All the People We know" in 2005, a film that was nominated for the Sundance as well as Cannes awards in 2005.
