Kristen Anne Bell is an American actor and singer born in 1980. She was born and raised in Huntington Woods, Michigan, and is the daughter of Lorelei (Frygier), an RN and Tom Bell, a television news director. Her ancestry is Polish (mother) as well as German, English, Irish as well as Scottish (father). Kristen discovered a passion to perform on a young stage. When she was in 1992, she was the first to go to an audition. The audition was for a part of Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell's mother established her with an agent when she was 13, and she was cast in newspaper advertisements and television commercials. She is now also taking individual acting classes.
