Ana Paula Oliveira born May 26 1978 Campinas Sao Paulo Brazil. Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997) are the most well-known films. Ana Paula Oliveira joined the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime in the month of March, 2020. She is currently an analyst overseeing the Assassination Witness project and an integral member of the the GI-TOC's multilateral engagement group. She focuses her research on the illegal economics, assassinations and disappearances. Her research interests also involve the effect of organized crime on human rights and humanitarian law and policy. Ana Paula has an LL.M. cum laude (with the highest distinction) of honors in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. She also holds the LL.M in Public Law and an MBA in International Relations through Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula earned a magnacum honours bachelor's degree Legal and Social Sciences at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She is a lawyer by training who worked for four years with an attorney firm for public law. In her past, she has been employed by non-governmental organisations headquarter in Rio de Janeiro as well as Geneva.
