Anamaria Marinca bio
Anamaria Marina is a Romanian actress. Her screen debut came with her role in the Channel 4 film Sex Traffic and was the recipient of the British Academy Television Award for Best actress. She is fluent in French, German English, and Romanian. Her mother was a violinist The father of her is a theatre professor at one of Romania's best theater schools. The Young Actor Gala Mangalia awarded her the Best Female Actor Award of 2000. She was chosen as an European Shooting Star by the European Film Promotion Board in the year 2008. She taught for four years at University of Fine Arts Music and Drama George Enescu Iasi. bAnamaria is a Romanian actress who was born on the 01st of April 1978 in Iasi Romania. Anamaria Marinca, an actress who is of Romanian heritage has made her screen debut in the television series British-Canadian called Sex Traffic. She won the British Academy Television Award Best Actress award for her performance in this film. The role she played in the Romanian art film 4 months 3 Weeks as well as 2 Days is remembered as well. It was a huge success and won numerous prizes, including the European Film Award Best Actress for London Film Critics. The actress was in Cristian Mugiu's Romanian film "4 three weeks and 2 zile" (4 Months Three Weeks and 2 Days) which earned her the Palme d'Or award at Cannes Film Festival 2007. The film also won two awards in addition, it was awarded the Cinema Prize of French National Education System (FIPRESCI Prize) and the Cinema Prize. Youth Without Youth by Francis Ford Coppola was another film where she starred. In 2008 she was the character Yasim anwar in the BBC series The Last Enemy. Marinca was a guest in The Romanian drama Boogie as well as Oliver Hirschbiegels Five Minutes of Heaven. The actress later played a significant performance in the 2014 film Fury in which she played an German woman named Irma aunt of Emma.
