Antonia Lofaso

Antonia Lofaso's cooking offers a chance to discover the possibilities within her. It is her food that evokes curiosity, which developed as she moved out of the Long Island suburbs and entered the culturally rich scene that is Los Angeles. Carnitas, Cavatelli and various other cuisines can be found within a menu. It is an ever shifting taste. Her dishes all have a common idea, which is to embrace the current while reminiscing fondly on the previous. Scopa Italian Roots opened its doors in the year 2013 and quickly became well-received. The restaurant's take on traditional Italian is hailed by critics as being one of the most compelling places to enjoy Italian food in Los Angeles. Food at Lofaso is authentic, inviting and undeniably satisfying. Lofaso worked under culinary greats to learn their refined methods. She was also not afraid making bold choices in order to follow her intuition. She swiftly rose up the ranks of Wolfgang Puck's Spago before moving on to work closely with famous chefs in a variety of Los Angeles kitchens. Lofaso, Sal Aurora, and Mario Guddemi partnered to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City in 2011. The home of Lofaso was located in Black Market Liquor Bar and her business partnerships. The collaboration could provide the freedom of expression Lofaso longed for. Black Market is not constrained by one definitive direction and that's the goal. The first course could be potatoes chips, peppers and some dill. This could be followed by Korean wings and meatballs. Antonia is the linchpin of this dizzying array. Lofaso's success has been measured through her ability to remain true to herself while still knowing her viewers. The memorable appearances in Top Chef Chicago & Top Chef: All Stars showcased her personality outside the kitchen. Lofaso's talents are also apparent in her regular roles as a the CNBC's Restaurant Startup judge and on The Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child & the ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso joined forces in partnership with Penguin In 2012, she teamed up with Penguin to release The Busy Mum's Cookbook, 100 Recipes for Delicious home-cooked Meals. The book contains her personal story of her struggles attending the French Culinary Institute and raising her daughter Xea. Lofaso believes that the main driving force behind her achievements is her kitchen. In this way, that she stays on pulse. She is transforming the style by redefining chef's attire with a focus on style and function by launching her brand Chefletics. Lofaso cares about remaining true to your values and your goals. To achieve this, she's launched Antonia Lofaso Catering. The new business will give tailored experience to clients.
